Cheryl Alper, is the founder and principal of Bold Move Productions, bringing more than 25 years of experience producing events, broadcasts, concerts and festivals. She specializes in leading complex productions from concept through execution, combining creative vision with technical expertise and operational leadership to deliver seamless live experiences.
Known for staying calm under pressure, Cheryl has built a reputation for anticipating challenges, adapting to the unexpected and delivering the show. Whether leading a stadium concert, live broadcast, festival or gala, she brings a collaborative approach and steady leadership that keeps teams focused and productions moving forward.

Prior to launching Bold Move Productions, Cheryl spent 15 years at Diversified Production Services (DPS), where she rose to Vice President of Special Events. During her time, she leading the production of large-scale live events for clients across the entertainment, sports, nonprofit and corporate sectors.

Before working with DPS, Cheryl spent several years touring with Bon Jovi as Road Manager and John Mellencamp as Production Coordinator. Those experiences shaped her approach to leadership, communication and live event execution.
Her passion for live events began at eight years old when she attended her first concert—Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band. She discovered her career path while producing concerts and raves in college and has spent the last two decades bringing ambitious productions to life.
When she’s not on site, Cheryl can usually be found boxing, traveling, spending time with her niece & nephew, supporting animal rescue organizations or at home in Queens with her rescue cats, Lenny and Max.
