Drive and shape the overall narrative of the show. Screen and video content, talent producing, camera locations, stage management and more is facilitated. For a hybrid event, it includes acting as the liaison between live and broadcast partners to ensure a seamless integration. -
Show Calling.
Executing video, graphics, lighting, audio, staging, room, talent and audience cues, and other elements to ensure a seamless production.
Plan for efficient stage flow and timing. Structured documents are composed that detail each component of the show and ensure that each department has the information and resources to achieve their show goals. -
Festival Management.
Oversee and guide festival leadership and department heads to ensure smooth and efficient operations, acting as the glue that binds all departments together.
This incorporates working closely with the site coordinator, the front-of-house teams (including signage, sponsorship, activations, and concessions) along with production and artist relations to ensure everyone has the opportunity to have a great show day. -
Talent Sourcing.
Coordinate onstage performance and production needs and manage intricate talent logistics and on-site requirements.
Collaborate and act as the go-to for the performers team. Work with the producer teams, event production manager, and vendors while supervising the on-site crew handling stage flow and backstage logistics. Act as the primary point of contact for the performers’ teams when the show is booked thru the entire event. -
Production Management.
Establish relationships with vendors, production staff, and venue teams to facilitate smooth event operations.
Drive efficient workflows while ensuring seamless event infrastructure. Timelines with benchmarks and a network of trusted vendors across the country contribute to the coordination of the production, from load-in to load-out.
